My designs reflect both my identity as a person and my growth as a designer. While I have always been drawn to art, my passion for sewing and fashion design truly blossomed in 2020. My creative practice is continually evolving. While my aesthetic is still taking shape, I have developed a clear understanding of the kind of styles, forms, and ideas that resonate with me.

In my early years of sewing, my work leaned toward a feminine, girlish aesthetic, but as I have matured, my designs have shifted toward a grunge and edgier sensibility. I would describe my style now as embodying a balance of softness and edge, merging playful, romantic femininity with bold, grunge-inspired details. This progression mirrors my own personal development and ongoing exploration of self-expression.

When I look back at specific pieces I have created, I can see the clothes' aesthetic mimic the mindset I was in at the time. My design is a complete reflection of my brain, heart, and soul. Through my work, I aim to capture this balance between transformation and authenticity, using design as both a reflection of my identity and a platform for experimentation. Fashion design is at the core of who I am, and I will never stop creating.
